You will be introduced to sacred mantra chanting, and a simple meditation practice.  Explore how we can honor the Divine Feminine and the Masculine as One within and access your innate Divine potential. This practice will help increase clarity, calm your mind and move into silence and stillness as well as heal past karmic impressions. Dive into the nature of your authentic Higher Self within. You will also receive healing transmission from Higher Consciousness.
